How do I go about it? She's my friend but i've only known her for about half a year. I don't want to damage our friendship either. It's very difficult for me. Even as I'm typing I just think of her and suddenly all other thought flies out the window. I make big errors if I talk over the phone, but not face-to-face of online. I can't contact her except by phone either. HELP ME PLEASE!

Start off by having a normal conversation with her. Nothing out of the ordinary. This way, it'll calm your nerves, and she won't be too shocked about it. Towards the end of the conversation, just ask, "Hey, feel up to doing anything this weekend?" (or some such). Spend some time doing things with her... they needn't be technical dates, but go out as friends and do stuff. She will also notice you more, if you pay for things for her... start off small, like paying for a coke, and then work your way up. At the end, make sure you tell her, "You know, I really enjoyed *whatever-you-just-did* with you. Maybe, we could do it again next weekend?".

Don't be discouraged if she can't ('cuz sometimes a girl has her reasons), but offer again for the week after, if it's not an outright, "I'm sorry, but no".

After a few weeks, if she truly seems to enjoy spending time with you, tell her, *gently*, how you feel about her (coming on too strong might embarrass her, and ruin it), and tell her, simply, "I'd like to go out with you".

Hope that helps. ^_^

Hey, 15 year old is a little too young to think about relationships, but i could give you some good pointers to ask her out. When you are with her, DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE THOUGHT THAT YOU LIKE HER!! Yes, I have said it. The more you tell yourself that, the more you will freak yourself out, and the more you will look like a fool. Be wise, continue treating her as a friend. As long as you do not freak yourself out, start asking her out for after school MacDonald's session with you. Start to go out together in a group, and very soon, you will find that she might have the same kind of feeling towards you.. GO FOR IT BOY!!!

You have quite a problem. I have the same age and i can give some advice. If you' ve got a common friend that you can trust tell him/her the truth and let him/her organize an exit with friends including her (like a movie or something) then try and make a move on her. Even if this could backfire because she could meet a guy she could like and you would have to say goodbye to her. GOOD LUCK my friend!!!!!!!

mmmm ask her out....friendship is the best basis of a relationship. Tell her that you would like to ask her on a date. That you would like to take her to a restaurant...your shout. ( you pay) or to the movies.... male friends do pay for the company of their girl friends. Be willing to enjoy her company because you think she is beautiful and you want her to feel it so. Pay for her and at the end of the night don't expect anything like a kiss or sex. Just let her be your friend. SHe may want to kiss you that's cool let her but make the decision to take her home and see her the next day... don't rush into things... Valueing a girl you think you want to go further with is about respect and timing and yes paying for dinner or the movies. Because if you want to go duch... then go out with your male friends. don't go out with girls.

You pick up the phone and call her when she answers start talking. Just come straight out and ask. all she can do is say no. If she does don't treat her any different then you always have. Show your confidence
