Does it really matter: A 16 difference between and man and a woman?

It depends on how old you are. The difference between 16 and 32 - or even 20 and 36 - is enormous in terms of maturity and life experience. 30 and 46 might work.

Depends on the pesonalities of the man and the woman involved and how old the younger partner is. 19 and 35 is fine but 26 and 10 is perverted

Between the two people - as long as they are both of a legal age - no problem.

Now others may have problems with that, but its usually due to being jealous.

this have positive and negative sides

the positive can you see by looking to wise man (if he is) love his young wife and be to her as her father and friend and husband and deal with all things with wisdom.
but the bad side when she start looking to someone is young like her, she hate or boredom his wisdom (as something normal happen sometimes for everyone in crazy moments) , i think there is a gap in way of thinking, and that’s bring problems occasionally, other sides related to friends, society..

but if they have real love to each other i think its easy thing to keep right together
