Me and my wife have been married for 3 years and have a 2 year old son.Now i'm living in India(i'm an Indian)with my son and my wife(she's a canadian)lives in Canada.We both agreed to get a divorce as things arent working out between us and she has agreed to let me keep our son.Now my question is,how do i get a divorce from her?Do i have to go to Canada as we were married there or i can do all the necessary stuff for the divorce from being here and my wife being in Canada?Please help me out here as i've literally no idea about how the divorce procedure works.

Well, I am also indian and I live in Lewes,DE. currently in India go back to US on Christmas .. In american law, u can get divorce in the country where marriage took place, but there are some other provisions also ..if u got married in India then call any lawyer and prepare papers then send them to her and she will sign on it and send back and its over !!
