You have only chatted with this man on the Internet for a few weeks and now he is 'begging' for money?
This sounds like a scam.
What do you REALLY know about this man? After all, you have never met him. Think about it, if the guy were really Spanish, don't you think he could go to the Spanish embassy and get help there, if he really were in trouble?
Even if all he says is true, why send him money? Don't you think that money could be better spent a little closer to home? If you really don't want that 400 pounds, give it to charity, not to some stranger over the net.
In fact, don't ever send money over the Internet (or post!) just because someone asks you.

hi! This rip-off has been occurring for years. the position have you ever been all that element? Yahoo does not enable this, it really is junk mail. you could ward off al ot of this via not starting mail that would not particularly have your call on it. And this did not. yet destiny mail will, because once you open junk mail like this, you notify the spammer that yours is a real, stay e mail deal with. They deliver mutually and promote that recommendations to different spammers, so guess what?! you're going to get more beneficial. attempt putting this in junk mail and forget it. there is not any loose funds. You did not win a element. If it were authentic, i am going to be a multi-billionnaire. i have been getting those for 10 years!

Do not send and do not do any money business over the internet. Just chat with him or with any other man as a past time activity. Money cannot buy love.

As much as i know the hardships the guy is facing ,i believe he is just trying to con you.If he can get to email you he surely must have some form of income. He says he is spanish why does he not try and contact the nearest spanish consulate or embassy?Something does not ring geniune to me anyway you be the best judgee of that.Follow what your heart tells you and as long as you will not be shocked after you send the money he will stop contacting you. That is just me speaking you are the one with the final say with what to do with your money.I know he has relatives ,why are they not coming to his rescue ,even his buddies?

What a load of codswallop! If he's got the money to go chitchatting on the internet in some internet cafe somewhere, he's able to contact his friends and family and the embassy or consulate. I'd think he'd use his time more productively to get out of the country, don't you???

Don't send him any money. Guarantee you its a con. Remember that Africa was owned by most of Europe in the colonial days, people speak lots of European languages there. I know Iv been to loads of places in Africa and I know this guy is going to take you for a ride!!!! Next week he wants more money to repair his broken toilet and so on and on and on.

You could send it to me instead - it'd put it to good use by throwing a really good party for my mates, but I'd invite you as well.
Seriously, no - don't send any money - it's going to be a con. Honest people would not ask strangers for such a large amount of money
