When people say to follow your heart and not what your head is saying...?

how do i no which one is coming from my heart and which one from my head, ive got a big decision to make and im confused.
please help.

Which is which? It is simple: if you are not sure what you want to do, think about your options.
Let's say you have 3 options/solutions for some situation.
For one of them you think it is best, but at the same time you don't FEEL you will be really happy with it. Maybe it is the smartest thing to do, but you are not satisfied very much with it. The second solution is OK as well, and you also don't feel anything about it it feel al right in a way. For the third solution you think that it is outrageous in a way, it is maybe unconventional and strange but you KNOW it is right one for you, you FEEL that you would be happy with it, that it is something you want to do.
Those are the examples of 1: when you think with your head and not listening to your heart. 2. when they both agree in a way, so you don't have to choose and 3. when you listen to your heart!
Just pay attention to this feeling in the bottom of your stomach and you'll know! I hope this helps :)

If you want to follow your heart, follow your gut feeling, the one that defies all logic. Your head will tell you what is reasonable or expected, your heart will tell you what you truly want, even if it goes against all conventions.

I guess it is saying that you should go how you feel about something emotionally, not stop and think about if it is the right decision, dont think about the logic of it.

When it's coming from the heart you will know it. When your doubting yourself or your partner its coming from your head. When you tryuly want to be with that one person. you will never doubt your feelings for them .
