My friend & her boyfriend offered to help me out with a plumbing problem at home. Unfortunately, I had to get someone else to come out as an emergency (as the date they had set, was too far away). There was water everywhere and I couldn't get the tap to turn off!!! When I told my friend that I had to resort to getting someone else as an emergency, she coldly said, "We could have done it for free". I explained to her that there was water pouring all night and had to get an emergency plumber out, she still said, "Yes, but that was too much to pay and we could have done it for nothing and in the end I had to tell my poor boyfriend not to show up". I even bought her a thank you card to show her how much I appreciated her & her boyfriend's offer of help. She has been acting a bit cold with me lately and don't know what I've done wrong.
When I share things of interest with her, like what clothes we like, or about my car, etc, I can tell she's not listening or interested.

The fact remains it is a cop out for anyone to get a divorce from their lifetime ordained spouse who God picked out for that person to have for their whole lifetime. It is NOT a very brave thing to do at all . But people will say it is a very brave thing to do ..... well than call killing oneself a very brave thing to do too ............ but both of them are so wrong to do !!!!

My little brother (not so little anymore) has been dating this girl for a little less than a year they graduated and moved in together... he went off to boot camp for the military leaving her to pay the bills but his checks were being deposited into their joint checking account... i just found out that he wants to marry her when he gets out of boot camp and also that he fell in love. I also found out from her that no more than a week that he has been gone she has slept with 3 different guys and says that he wasnt her fault... ie she was high and didnt know what was going on!!! Right!!! anyway i know he is going to be broken and i dont want him to go thru that pain especially since he was in love. what can i do to help him.... She sent him the letter today so he will have it by next monday and he will probably want to quit the military and his chance to be somthing... how can i help him?
