should be able to access Yahoo yellow pages Or you can go to Whitepages.com and do reverse searches on the phone number or if you have any information that is true for sure, you should find them. Must know Name, city and the phone number would be a good chance you will find them for free. Many many sites CHARGE you to find people, the privacy act here in the USA has changed lots of stuff. Now after you get that infomation, what you do with it can harm someone...no stalking or shooting any of my fellow Americans understand. You can pay $40.00 and find ANYONE!
