A photo, in a nice frame of you and her. photos are a great achievment of moden technology, you can capture a moment where you were happy and place it in a frame. When she looks at it, the image will trigger a memory, and even if she doesnt recall the whole situation, it will be a pleasant feeling for her.
But get a nice frame too.
Oh, and 'anni' as in anniversary short for the latin term annum, meaning yearly. 6 more to go my friend, but its nice to know someone else does that. Im 19 and have been seeing my girlfriend for over 4 years now, and we still go out and celebrate on the 19th of every month!

Option 1) A good dinner at a very posh restaurant, with a bouquet of flowers and a new hand phone to accompany it.(this is very expensive but trust me, it worked out well!)
Option 2) A romantic night at the beach, you and her, with your guitar. A nice song that you composed (or one that you feel would be good in that occasion), and a neck lase. Cheap alternative but a lot of my friends tried this and the results was very good!
