for over staying and i have since reapplied for her to come and join me but the nigerian high commission has since been delaying us i want to know if there is anything u can do to help

It all depends on the bases on which she left. was she on an expired visa or a failed asylum seeker? If any of these the chances are slim of her coming back. Since you guys are just dating she cannot come back to the UK as your spouse. My advise is to forget the Nigerian Embassy, try the home office website, she could come over to the UK on one of the Immigration schemes such as the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme.

Nope she wont be seeing you for a while try a 419 and get the cash to bribe her back in that always seems to happen in Lagos

Apart from telling you she is only with you so she can stay in Britian, to get a passport, there is nothing I can do

As she over-stayed her visa, she is unlikely to get another visa for the UK.
