my fiance and i are having a disagreement on our ceremony....his family only speaks spanish and i speak very little spanish.....he wants his family to feel comfortable at the ceremony,and since i do speak some spanish he wants the minister to hold everything in spanish, but i want the ceremony in english because we are exchanging vows with eachother no one else!

my friends never take me seriously, i am considered hilarous by them, and i am funny supposedly, i am trying my best but every time i try to act serious they go hey, is something wrong??? then they tell a counciler about it. ugh. help me!

I met this guy when I was 19 & we were traditionally (through our religion without legal papers) married when I was 20 then I left him when I was 22. He means a great deal to me although he was verbally abusive. He drank, smoked herb & ciggs, and sometimes didn't work while I paid the bills, cooked & cleaned everyday. He had a really bad temper, and broke everything in our home often. However he was also my first everything & was my very best friend when I needed someone. I am an attractive 23 y/o asian accountant that's having a blast just dating & hanging out with friends. We've been broken up for almost a year. He says he wants a second shot, should I? Why or why not? We've tried this twice before, will he change ever??

I need to figure out how to beat this problem. Alot of people tell me Im a fairly attractive person and are surprised that I have trouble getting a girlfriend. This is one of the problems that is preventing me from having a relationship with someone of the opposite sex. What can I do to put this irrational fear to rest, because its irratating?

Im a good person. I respect people and their feelings. Im a very loving and caring individual but yet all the people in my life are the opposite and treats me like ****, "friends" and family. I was raised to treat others as u want to be treatd and I have lived by that for 29 yrs. I dont having a deceitful bone in my body. Im not sayn Im perfect because when I get pissd, I explode but overall Im a good person and people always take advantage of that. I dont wanna here stop being so nice or caring, its who I am. Why would people want to take advantage of someone else anyway, its just plain cruel. Lately Ive found myself diassociating myself with these people, why cant I find good people in my life? people I meet, I usually distance myself from them or they distance themselves from me.

My "soon to be ex" wife (of 32 years) wants to hire a $2,000 lawyer to "walk us through the divorce." We are doing an uncontested divorce and are not arguing about any of the divided belongings. She is just afraid we will do something wrong.
From everything I read, a Simplified Dissolutionment in Florida is simple if everyone agrees.
Should I pay half of the lawyer's fee if I don't want to use one?

I am crushing on this guy Thom i met through my friend Kim (Thom's half sister). The first time we met we all went out dancing. He pulled me out on the dance floor and all. We had a good time. A few weeks later there was a party with people from work and Kim had asked Thom if he wanted to come. He asked her if i would be there. She told him (confused by his question) yes. He shows up and we exchanged glances and smiles all night long. So the next time i went out with Kim (without Thom) she was telling me what she and Thom had done that day. And we had come to why Thom does not have a girlfriend. She said he is very picky and will only date women who are very fit. I said oh and left it at that. As time has gone by other friends have noticed the deep eye contact and the flirting we do with eachother when ever we all go out and tell me that me and thom should just get together and get it over with. Ok this girl at my school, She is my country mate use to talk so much crap about me for no reason. One day someone told me she called me a **** FACE??
