I think you should remain friendly with him, because he might think you're a nice girl and all, but you're still a child to him. Trust me, between 18 and 13, there seems to be a bigger gap than 2 people who are 40 and 45.
It's possible that he might just find it creepy (or maybe even cute) that you find him attractive, and he might be nice to you about it, but if he's your cousin's best friend, he might make fun of you with him... trust me, your cousin will know about it... even if you want it to remain quiet. And believe it or not, whether you like it or not, you're still a child. Instead of laughing at you, he could take advantage of you and ask you to do stuff that someone your age shouldn't be doing. And believe me, a touch or a kiss is one thing, but he's 18, he'll probably want more, and if he touches you, since he's an adult in the eyes of the law, he could be in jail for a while. I know you won't want that for him.
In a nutshell, be nice... try to be a friend, but don't be all up on him... let them have their space, and who knows, maybe you might get over this crush, (i don't believe it's love yet) and see a sweet 14 or 15 year old who would be a bit less demanding on you.

The irony here is that only two things can happen:
a. He's a decent guy, which means he's not interested, and you get hurt
b. He is interested, which means he's an a$$hole and not the kind of guy you want to be with.
It may not seem obvious now but I promise, when you're 18 too and you see guys your own age dating 13 year olds you'll realize how messed up and emotionally retarded those guys are. And you'll shudder thinking about when you were that age dating one.

Hello, you probably will not want to hear this. what you have is a crush on an older guy no dont tell him. what would an 18 year old guy want with a 13 year old little girl.unless he is a sick perve. what are you going to do with an 18 year old boy. let him use you. is that what you.want. cause thats what will happen if you tell him and he minipulates you into sex. ect... then what.or maybe he'll laugh cause you are only 13.. dont tell him. just look at it as a crush and move on. your to young for boys there is no rush trust me they will stillbe here when you get a little older.

No you shouldn't because if he does anything wrong with you he can go to jail. 13 is way too young to be with an 18 year old. You will get lots of crushes and you can't have eveyone that you have a crush on. You don't want to be the cause of him going to jail.

honey, u're too young and he's too old. he could get in a world of trouble with the law if he gets caught; enough to go to prison for statutory rape and he'll be labeled as a sex offender for the rest of his life. wait until u're 18 and then it'll be alright. for now, concentrate on ur studies and on having fun with ur girl-friends. u're only young once so take advantage of it. he won't be the only boy u have a crush on so don't worry about it; everything will come when it's the proper time w/o u having to do anything about it, ok?

I totally agree with Kyle on this one, take it from a guy, dont even tell him u could get that man in jail, belive me im 20 and i dated a 16 year old one time and that was a waste of time, just find someone ur age

No way. You would be playing with fire. An 18 year old is WAY too old for a 13 year old. Wait a few years and then it won't matter so much.

go ahead! 13 years old you say, do you look 13,if I was 18 I wouldn`t,because it could make trouble.you are called jail bate.
but you can go ahead and see what happens,the woest thing can happen is you get knock up and have a baby,he goes to jail for a long time.
