I think the difference is all in the guys mindset. Guys that like women who are "full figured" will say that a girl isn't fat, that she is either just thick or full figured.

Thick are females that are on the vege of being fat but your cant quite catagorize them this way. Fat females breathe heavy they kind of waddle and there is meat hanging out all over the place. An example of thick is alicia keyes or j-lo when she was a fly girl. Fat is rosanne monique rosie odonnal.

thick could be considered a muscular tone as in farm girlish. Means ate good home cooked meals. Fat is more like rolls and rolls, lots of chins, like the nutty professor.

a girl that is fat dont know how to dress and they stomach is wwaaaayyy over there pants.
a girl that is thick got more booty than any girl and stomach ishalf way over but not all the way.
and if any body is thick i call it thickalisious to make u feel convadent cause i am thick.iight.

Bigger women are still sexy. Thick is defined to me as being slightly over weight but their waist is still smaller than ther hips and breast. In other words, they still have an hour glass shape. When the gut is bigger than the rest of them then they are obese or fat.

"Thick" is a euphemism used by men who don't want to admit they're chubby chasers and women who are in denial.
PS I have a great booty (so I'm told) and I have never been called "thick". 5'8" 127lbs

A fat girl doesn't have any real shape to her body while a thick girl maintains a curvy shape.

A "thick girl" tends to be bigger but if you look at the skin, there aren't many or any stretch marks or that cellulitis/cottage cheese look on the thighs.
