My friend works around medical chemicals and smells of the odors even after showering and changing clothes. It's a smell that will probably stay with him long after he leaves that job. He's a great guy who's respectful and sociable, but girls don't seem to respond to well to the chemical odor and lose interest. Everyone else at his workplace was already married or in a committed relationship after beginning to work there. He's worried he might be able to find someone long term b/c of the odor situation. Does anyone have any experience dealing with such a situation?

{and a husband she had been separated from since about 1970- but technically 'married' to}
the 3 siblings sell both homes and divide the money 4 ways. (fortunately the estranged spouse relenquished his share to the only sibling w/kids }
the questions is kinda of two fold.
1) should the husband have INCLUDED the wife in the discussion of the selling of the property.
2) should the husband have INCLUDED the wife in the discussion of the HOW the proceeds should be divided.
3) should the husband INCLUDE the wife in how HIS share of the money is to be spent. even though when it was all said & done very little was spent on the husband alone. much was spent on the wife or on SHARED items.

I am 100 percent for it! I don't see anything wrong with it. Why get marriage counseling when its not effective and you can be happy being single again?

Here it goes. My friend, we will call her Jenn. She had a best friend who we will call Porky. Jenn is tall and pretty and outgoing, while Porky is the exact opposite. In November of last year, they decided to get an apartment together for nine months. Porky wanted to bring her pet cat. Jenn said that she was allergic to cats, so no. Porky agreed. - A couple months later, Porky brings a cat into the apartment. Jenn said that she is allergic, but Porky insisted it would stay in her room and never leave. So Jenn sighed and said OK. A week later, Porky got two pet rabbits. Jenn was puzzled, but since the cat had never left her room, she said OK. Soon after that, Jenn would come home and see the cat and rabbits running around the whole apartment. From that day, Jenn would get sick. Not just a little but really sick: coughing up mucus, sneezing and tearing up, stuffy, could not talk and was always tired. The pets were making her allergic. Then, Porky brought more: SEE DETAILS FOR MORE

I have voiced my displeasures about my husband and his porn interests...he has listened to my feelings, and has adjusted some of the things he views...i give him full credit for that. But now, If we are watching a regular movie where there might be nudity, he (and myself) become very uncomfortable....you could hear a pin drop. I never wanted it to be like that... porn is my own insecurities, he understands that. I would like nothing more than to be able to join him while watching a porno some day...if i can talk myself into it.... but now, with this awkwardness I don't know if we will ever be able to.

I'm 3 months pregnant and I just broke up with my boyfriend. The problem is that we don't get along and we argue alot. We were broken up and I was going to move out of state when I found out I was pregnant. I know the timing couldn't be worse but we don't agree on anything, the love for me is gone and I don't see any relationship anymore. Now the other problem is that I still plan on moving out of state and my ex is obviously not happy with that, and I don't blame him. I'm willing to wait until the baby is at least a year old for his sake because if I had my way I'd leave shortly after the baby is born but I know the whole situaton is just not fair to him or the child. I feel really bad but I've got my mind made up to leave, what would you do in a situation like this??? Would you leave, would you stay or how long would you wait to leave?????
