validate each person's feelings
make them feel appreciated
spend time with that person
try not to play favorites
in terms of a relationship, u have to find out what makes that person tick..what makes them happy, relaxed, confident, and secure. if u do those things that make them feel safe and attractive and happy, they will trust u, and they will not let the negative get in the way. but u have to be trustworthy as well, or eventually they will start to get suspicious and jealous again!
