I am celebrating my 5th wedding anniversary on the 24th and my husband already upgraded my wedding ring to 1 carat ($1600). He says he doesn't want a new wedding band but his band looks so aweful next to my new ring. We were on a small budget 5 years ago. I have $800 I want to give him a new diamond band engraved any ideas where to go for that budget? Or anything else. he would be so angry if i spent more than that on a ring for him. I know its not much but I am hoping he will be ok with an upgrade like that.

ok..this girl i kno through 1 of my friends started datin this dude. she says u dont have to kno the person 4 more than a week to start datin them. i disagree. u might be "soul mates" or whatever...but dont u think it would be nice to kno a good ten things about that person first???
stuff like:
1.full name

2.favorite color

3.favorite food

4.eye color

5.parents name...n a lil about there fam

6.kno there friends

7.cell or phone #

8.where they live

9.how old they are

10.where theyre from

i dont think thats too hard...shes only known him for like 4 days, n now theyre datin...come on

ive had an ex before who never laid a finger or even called me a B*tch ever, the guy im with now, he's different. i know he's a good person, but when he gets mad he cant control his words and sometimes his body. lets say a cheated on him (for example) not on purpose but because i'm confused and mixed up for feelings for another guy, is this an excuse for him to hit me, because i hurt his feelings? did i deserve a beating from him, because of my actions? or is a man really not supposed to hit a girl under (regardless) of any circumstances?? what should he have done, instead of hit me? why do men hit, talk hurtfully to their wives, or girlfriend? please provide me w information, all the men and women out there! thank you!

I babysit for her a lot! she has a one year old and three year old. my kids are 15, 7 and 6. I rarely ask her to babysit for me besides 3 times in the last year, she gave my two youngest rides home from school. She called me a bunch of names (bad ones) and said I was selfish. I did have dr. appts the day she asked, no advance notice was given. now she won't speak to me. should i just let it go? she is quite an unpleasant person who has very few friends. she thinks our "family" relationship binds me to doing her favors at a moments notice.
