Is it sexy sometimes if he totally submits himself to your desires and let you do anything you want to him, being in complete control of the whole sexual experience?

I was married and divorced in Maryland, but I currently live in New Jersey. Unfortunately, it is not stated on my divcorce decree that I want to go back to my maiden name. Where do I file for a name change? Do I have to file in MD because that's where I was divorced, or do I file in Jersey because that's where I live? I have already paid my lawyer tons of money and I don't want to pay him anymore. How do I go about doing this?

there's this girl and we've been friends since we were kids, infact she's the bestfriend of my bestfriend's sister. she left for the US a couple of years back and we lost touch of eachother till recently. she's back for her vacation and since she got home, we've been spending alot of time together and i'm starting to develop feelings for her but the thing is she's leaving again in a week to continue her studies. what should i do? should i pursue a relationship with her even of it's going to be long-distance? or should i just let the week ride as if nothing's happened?

i love the guy that has broken my heart. i think of sex constantly - and mostly just of having it with him. i live in the same town as him and i dont want to hurt him anymore than i have already. this has been my fault and i just dont know whether waiting for him is the way to go. i do know the other guys are hot but i am just not feeling the same draw to them as i have to him. help me please and dont just say to get over it - if i could i would have by now!

The trouble is, I've been buying him the same old 'grandad gifts' for years. He has much more money than me (I'm limited to about £20). He has anything and everything he could ever want. I should mention it's his 80th, so I can't take him for any thrilling experiences or anything and he doesn't really have any hobbies. I even asked my parents and Grandma, and they're pretty much as stumped as I am. My wife is pregnant with his first great-grandchild, but I already gave them scan-photo's and can't think of anything to do with that which wouldn't seem conceited. Please help me find an original idea, I've paid this a lot of though already and eliminated all obvious options. I only have until this weekend to get something. Thanks in advance!

Who's more your type?

(I've checked with them, they are both red-blooded heterosexual males who are just saving on rental by sharing accommodation.)

Ernie says please don't choose Bert just because he's taller.

I made a big mistake and got married and it only lasted three weeks, it is uncontested, we both were hasty and foolish. How long does it take to get divorced, in the case of uncontested does the asset split have to be 50 - 50. I need to know, I am seeing a lawyer soon but wondered if anyone had the answer?

Some persons says that truly wise person wound not ask questions here. However, I do not think so. Many of you are wiser than me and so I can learn from you.
Also when some problem is told or revealed, it lose its power to hurt me. So you are my friends. I write about my problems and you give me answers.
I think that the most of you are wise. You can help me a lot.
I have been to some proffesional Buddhist sites. They just talk subtle subjects not connected with everyday life. On the contrary, your answers are very informative and wise but, what is most important, they are given with care, compassion and friendship.
Thank you.
