I am wanting to write a testimonial letter to my Podiatrist for being such a great doctor for appreciation. How do I write a testimonial letter?

The letter generally consist of three parts:
opening, body, and closing.

Opening:
The writer should explain the relationship between himself/herself and the other person as well as why the letter is being written. .

Body:
The body of the recommendation should provide specific information about the person. Information may
include:
1. personal characteristics such as poise, confidence, dependability, patience, creativity, etc.
2. Abilities such as knowledge of the subject area, problem solving abilities, ability to manage
clients etc.

Closing:
In closing of the letter you briefly summarize previous points.
