I was wondering a few things and thought I would ask everyone.
1. When did you take your child to the eye dr. for the first time?
2. Does your child's school offer eye screenings, if so what state are you from?
3. At what age do you think you should take your child to the eye dr.?

NOTE: I know that peditritions do check their eyes with a chart, but I want to know when they went to an actual eye dr. Not just the ped.

I have been with my boyfriend for over a year now... we get along great, and he says we are a good fit.However, when I mention living together (which would obviously involve eventual engagement, since I am 'the marrying kind of girl'), he dodges the subject or says I'm 'scaring' him' or making him nervous. When I ask if he is making plans for us, he says 'nothing is finalized yet'... however, we are both 34. I want marriage, babies, stability. I understand someone who has never even lived with a girl wanting to take their time, and 'be sure' they are with someone who isn't going to screw them over. however, don't you think at one year, a man should at the very least be able to tell you either YES, we are headed toward marriage; I just need a LITTLE more time to feel this out or NO, I can't see this evolving into marriage, though I am enjoying dating you (of course, he knows the second one would send me running!) Still, I know he is NOT using me for sex (believe me!!)...so what gives?

ok when i am upset about something. my older sister gets annoyed. and well today i feel happy. and some how i am still annoying. ok so whether i am upset or happy it doesn't matter cuz to her im still annoying. I have barely even said a thing to her today! normally we get along real good. but recently i have been "annoying" cuz im "always" upset. umm but today i don't feel upset well except for this. but am i the annoying one? or is she just getting annoyed by everything. she just yelled at me for annoying her. i have barely talked to her today!!! she is always telling me whats wrong with me. ummm but did she ever think that hey its not me or anyone else that it could just be her with the problem? am i the annoying one?

My roommate "best friend" only pays 250.00 a month and her girlfriend slept over 24 of the last 31 day. She gave no money for toiletries or any bills. We know our roommate does her girlfriends laundry and that she has taken a few showers. She never cleans up after herself but she does use our electric and our computer and our electric bill has gone up atleast $50. If u think she should pay please give some ideas on how to approach the subject.

My 14 yo boy is good at Excel and frequently helps me write some reports. He dies that with extreme good will and once helped me all night long. Saturday morning he was helpi ng me and I was in a terrible mood, full of problems. We didn't agree on a chart type. He kept his opinion, I lost my temper, yelled and told him to use my type. He had an attitude and said Ok, if you want it wrong, it's your problem. I got mad at him, he was disrespectful and I grounded him for the rest of the Saturday. He felt victim of a big injustice, got resentful and there was tears in his eyes. My report was great but this morning in my office an expert told me the boy was completely right about the best chart type to use in my case. I felt like I was a sworm and I'mthinking about what to do now. My boy is kinda resentful. But it's true he was disrespectful. I'm a kinda loving mom, he should understand I was in a bad day. Anyway, I think I was unfair, should I apologize? And how about my authority?

My question is: why do women still choose guys with cars over guys without cars, even if they live in the city.

I don't get the logic of that because:
(i) there is excellent transport within the city and
(ii) most cars contribute to global warming
