Perhaps you should respect his feelings. Girls should not be pressured into having sex by boyfriends. Boys should not be pressured into having sex by girlfriends. When he's ready, it'll be right. If you just can't wait, then you're not right for each other.

Talk to him and ask him why he wont. Maybe he thinks that you are moving to fast or it could be one of mnay other things. The only way you will find out is to talk to him. But never pressure him into doing something sexual that he may not want to do.

Just dare more, try to touch him, take his hands and put them over your body while kissing ... if he doesn't recognize an opportunity and he still acts like nothing, I'm sorry to tell , but he's a looser...

he's either afraid, gay, or cheating on you. What you might want to do is make the first move and see what he does. He may be respecting your feelings and not want to rush things either.
