NO! It's a matter of moral ethics. You wouldn't want to see your friend with your ex, right? There are too many females in the city (world), for you to choose one that close to the relationship you two shared.

No, it's not. You are asking for a whole lot of drama. It's not worth it. What kind of friend would he be to your ex, and why would you want to date someone who is such a bad friend anyway? There are plenty of guys out there. (Or girls, I just assumed you are female and straight).
