My question is: why do women still choose guys with cars over guys without cars, even if they live in the city.
I don't get the logic of that because:
(i) there is excellent transport within the city and
(ii) most cars contribute to global warming

If he is a jerk, I don't care what kind of a car he has. We did prefer a man to have his own car but it doesn't bother me because I have my own car. But I wouldn't want to be hit on by a guy at a bus stop if I am walking on a hot day like today in Philly.
Just because a guy has a nice car does not mean he has money. It means he probably has good credit and a high car-note. The banks own most of the nice vehicles on the street.

Me personally - I wouldn't go for a guy who has a benz or bmw or porsche (maybe porsche) - But i only look at the car as if it's dependable for him or not 'cuz i dont want to eventually be driving him everywhere - unless he's going to help out once in a while with paying with little things towards it (occasionally gas) If he doesn't have a car - and doesn't live in the city - then it's the same situation - i dont want to wind up driving him everywhere whenever he needs a ride.

u need to have money to be some ones honey , I will tell u something ,If a company produces chemicals( which ofcource pollutes the nearby river with waste, but has an approval from environmental saftey office) which offers u a job with 1500 dollers per month and another company which is manufacturing milk will offer u same job with same designation with 800 dollors in the same city , which one will u prefer ? Tell me

well, my car has always been better than my guys', but i dont live in the city and we dont really have much public transportation. besides, who wants to date someone with no way out of their city, i mean, what if you want to go out of town or on a road trip or something? you'd rather have someone who was able to drive rather than take a cab. and if i was going to a nice dinner, i dont want to take a bus or or cab if i'm all dolled up, thats just tacky
