Wife's been spending more time in front of TV, putting on weight (again, after by-pass surgery), and has lost all authority (respect and control) with the kids. She shows not interest in trying to 'better' herself or the kids. I work 40hrs/week, she's a stay at home mom. I come home to messy house and kids in front of TV. She expects me to make dinner (it seems), kitchen/house usually a mess. I'm worried about the example she's setting for the kids (8yo-boy, 6yo twin girls). It makes it hard for 'me' to get motivated after a hard day at work knowing she's not trying. What can I do? (short of seeing a counselor/pastor)

There is an order from the Friend of the Court stating that I cannot move myself and my children over 100 miles from where I am currently living. My immediate family lives 900 miles away. If I move 100 miles at a time (in their direction) I might be able to get there in about 8 years. What do you think?

OK, Here's A Short Summary Of What Is Going On: I was given an engagement ring by my ex boyrfriend, I say ex, because I found out that he was cheating on me on thursday night. I spent the night at his house because I got drunk and had nowhere to go. I left the next morning, got my car and went home, after I dropped him off a letter saying I am not dealing with this sh*t. Now he is harassing me with calls, threatening me to sue me for the ring, that I will go to jail, that he is having the police serve me with a warrant. And I don't have the fucki*ng ring at all. It was in his bedroom that morning. If I did, I would give it to him. But he says he will have his friends and family say I took it. He is just mad at me because I caught him and he is busted. So what can he do? And what should I do?

Does size matter? Not that, I'm talking about height and weight. It's a fact that a vast majority of women want a guy to be tall. So, how detrimental to a first impression is being short and skinny?
