I think that actions speak louder than words to to say it with your feelings says so much more than just I love you..So I would start out my day with the lady,with giving her a nice kiss and hug maybe even some morning sex and if the weekend ,get up and make her breakfast and make her feel as my queen,always ask if you can make her more comfortable in anyway..Make her feel special everyday.

If you truely love someone it doesnt matter how you say it as long as you mean it. You can be in any possible situation, and those words can be said at any moment. You can say it just because you felt that was the right moment. Those words are not words that you should mess around with when you say it you should truely mean it, and when you do say it you know that you truely meant it.
