I love geeks. I'm marrying a geek lol. Course, I was a geek once. So I guess that doesn't count lol.
However, I know what you mean about "bad boys." I've had my share of them too. Women like to pursue men they believe they cannot have. These men often possess an attractive mysterious quality because of that.
In the end, tho, a "geek" turns out to be a caring and often successful man who enjoys tinkering with computers and such, and can often be a stable mate choice. A lot of women have their time with the bad boys, and then seek out more stable, responsible men. Such as yourself, I am sure. :)

I'm dating a geek/nerd. Personally, I think they make some of the best partners. I also have several geek/nerd friends. For the most part it's nice b/c they're smart and you can have good conversations with them but some things are annoying.
One of my friends, when at a putt putt golf course will analyze each hole and will try to find the best way to get a hole in one using physics- this gets annoying. My friends also tend to go into what I call 'professor mode' where they start spouting random facts about something like a talking encylopedia. I also find it annoying when they go off on some of the stuff they take part in, for my friends this consists mostly of RPGs. Not being an RPG person, I don't need to hear them talk about it.
Genereally, I think my friends overthink a lot of things and their people skills aren't great. Some of them also tend to get into odd relationships with girls. they seem to attract bizzare females who won't treat them well, which is too bad.
I don't understand the badboy thing. If they're not going to be nice to you and treat you right I don't see the point in dating them

What girls hat most about geek/nerds is all their financial earning potential. Badboys are entertaining. The applicable word here is girls.
Girls date badboys and grow into women who marry geek/nerds. Most badboys end up lonely in the end and geek/nerds end up with happy families.

Most girls don't hate nerds. We just think they can be a little weird. I mean, they never do much except play chess and study. But, some of the geeks/nerds are pretty cool. And, we only find ''bad boys'' amusing 'cause they are constintly showing off...it's rather stupid.

i love geeks! hehe. they are smart and can answer almost any questions. they are the kind of guys you can have relationships with because they usually dont cheat. badboys are just good for flings and short amount of times. they really arent that great. i definitely would for a geek over a bad boy

I don't like bad boys. Give me a nerd anyday! Bad boys are only good for my ego and to play games with. I just want to know I can attract one. That's all I need one for. If I want someone who will treat me right I go for the nerd type.

thier pocket protectors,glasses with tape in the middle and their stuttering when approached by attractive women?i dont know.prolly id have ot go with their intellectualism.if you're too intellectual,and they arent,it aint going to work.you will speak over their head.you have to come down to their level.stop talking about star trek and computers and the technological highway and start talking about the flowers,card,candlelights and more.

see the thing is GIRLS like badboys..WOMEN like men its becuz us girls are immature and dont really know wat we want and are more attracted to ppl with an edge just becuase we are immature yes i am a teenager and i am attracted toboth men and boys not to b nasty i dont mean lil boys but badass boys but at the same time if a guy shows confidentence its rele hott and thts wat separates boys from men so be confident and the girls love it thts what badass boys dnot have thats y immature girls go for them cuz we dont have alot of confidence
