He is asking you out but wants it to seem as if you are after him. Disregard this email. Wait for him to ask you properly. Once you reply to such an email, he will never make plans for the two of you, he will leave it up to you. Who wants to deal with that?

yes it means he wants to see you. but only if you want to see him. it is kind of an open ended question. that way if you say no you are busy he will ask someone else. if you say yes then that will lead to him to ask if you would like a date.he is doing the gentleman thing and leaving the ball in your court .hope this helps

well you can get together as a friend go to a fast food restaurant and have a casual meal and if he asks you foe a date, then you make the decision.
i say that to my friends so we could just hang out, not dating involved
