Here's an article that shows that a man was fined $1,000 from the State and $1,000 from the Federal governments for running his 1981 diesel Mercedes on biofuels.

Since politicians are running for office on promoting energy independence, why don't they repeal the laws that punish independent researchers?

Or is congress tied to the interest of big oil?

If this isn't proof that the global warming alarmists are a bunch of wackos, then it sure hints that they are a bunch of dupes.

Global warming? Yes, probably! Man made? Uncertain! Sun influenced? Absolutely, and the sun is so powerful compared to anything man can do that what the sun does will decide what happens on earth. Nothing man can do can override the power of the sun.

circumstantial, who would you want on the jury? What if you had 12 climatologists on the jury - would you have the same chance as a public school teacher accused of molesting a student with 12 religious conservatives on the jury.

Some of the ridges in the forest have potential for generating wind electricity. This could benefit the economic and environmental sustainability of Clay county as the majority of the people work outside the county, and most goods and services also must be brought from the outside. However, one challenge to both wind power and a more locally based economy is that the majority of the land in the county is owned by the federal government.

I've been seeing a ton of concept cars that either run on electricity, air and even hydrogen, and water! i was just wondering when we will actually start seeing these magnificent concept cars as our actual cars. i think it would be really awesome. I understand that these cars are not the typical car standards we have for normal gas powered cars, and that is one of the reasons why they are not in the market yet, but why is it taking so long? why is this such a long process? i may sound ignorant, but it just caught my attention for no apparent reason. I also want to know why house roofs today can't be built with solar panels rather than shingles to power individual houses without paying electricity. im not just talkin' for rich people, but for the standard home for everyone since power is becoming dim for our endless population growth. i know it would be hella expensive but wouldn't it be worth in the long run? thanks if u answered without being a smart-*** lol.....
