The climate always changes. However scientist want more money so they will say that this time man is causing the problem, and they just need just a little more so they can study the problem.

The fact that warming oxxurred naturally in the past does not prove THIS warming is natural. And the data says clearly it isn't.

Look at the difference in the rate and amount of temperature rise.

It's entirely possible the modest warming in the 1300s was due to the Sun. But now, we measure the Sun (a lot) and it's not possible the present warming is due to the Sun. Proof:

Mt Zion - Dana's cite is a good summary, but you don't have to read the Cliff Notes version in wikipedia. The full proof is here (at any college library):

Humans did not necessarily cause Global warming in the past. Long ago, natural oil, forest fires, and the oversupply of carbon dioxide caused global warming and the ice age to begin. Back then, the CO2 and temperature levels were not that high. However, today, we have so much CO2 in the atmosphere that the temperature is doubling. In the next 50 years, we will possibly reach the maximum of the CO2 level IF we do not stop global warming.
My suggestion is to watch the movie called The Inconvenient Truth by Al Gore. : )

I won't go so far as to say Mankind caused gw but I am sure everyone would agree that we attributed to the acceleration of GW by the emission of some millions of gasolene/diesel engines and coal burning generators in the past few decades. The main and crucial point of GW is whether our attributions are at a dangerous level or when it will reach the danger level taking into consideration the natural trend of GW.

They lived...

According to the global warming crowd it is us evil humans that are ruining this planet...if somehow we would all just stop living or leave...this planet would return to it's beautiful natural state again...

"The problem is no longer that with every pair of hands that comes into the world there comes a hungry stomach. Rather it is that, attached to those hands are sharp elbows". ~Paul A. Samuelson, Newsweek, 12 June 1967

....Francis Galton, the influential British eugenicist, elucidated ......... in his book Memories of My Life, saying:

[Eugenics] first object is to check the birth rate of the Unfit, instead of allowing them to come into being, though doomed in large numbers to perish prematurely. The second object is the improvement of the race by furthering the productivity of the Fit by early marriages and healthful rearing of their children. Natural Selection rests upon excessive production and wholesale destruction; eugenics on bringing no more individuals into the world than can be properly cared for; and those only of the best stock.

“So what? People are the main cause of our problems. We have too many of them. We need to get rid of some of them…”...Charles Wurster 1971 (since denied)

Obviously humans didn't do anything to contribute to that global warming in any meaningful way.

Great Question!!! They didn't do anything to cause GW. I love how people these days believe they can change a Natural Cycle of our planet.

We don't have accurate records of temperature changes back then. So we don't know how rapidly the Earth reheated itself back up.

I feel people need to WAKE UP!!! Our planet used to be a lot warmer than it is today and it keeps trying to get back to what it feels is normal, but since that huge asteroid struck our planet it has been having a rough time getting itself out of the Ice Ages.

The Earth causes its own global warming too. Volcanoes being the biggest contributor.

Climate change in the past was caused by variations in solar output and the Earth's natural cycles.

However, scientists have determined that neither of these causes can account for the current global warming.

They apparently had the same increased solar activity we got today. In order to stop it back then they burnt too many witches causing their global warming...
