If Global Warming theory is correct, in the long run the average temperature for the year will go up slightly. There will be more variation in weather than there is now.

Forecast for the next five years is that weather should be very similar to what it was like in the past 5 years. Any Global Warming effects in 5 years would be pretty small and the effect would probably be buried in normal seasonal variations.

Climate change in Dallas means that some summers will be hot and dry. Then the climate will change and some summers will be hot and wet. The climate could change again and the summers could be cool and dry, then there could be more climate change so that summers will be cool and wet.

But climate change doesn't happen every year. It could be the same over a couple of years. That's called weather.

When they can predict the el ninos or even get close to the number of hurricanes in a year, which they can't, I might believe what they say. Otherwise you may as well just wait and see because their opinion is totally worthless.
