i would like to say that government from different countries takes some harsh decision so that this global warming can be stopped

1... stop usage of single person driving car [ min of 3 r 4 person ]

2.two wheelers with greater milage produced and all sporty bikes on road be removed [ these bikes can run on race tracks ]

I just found the most repulsive question from someone believing global warming was just a scam to raise money for the government. I want to know how other people react to the idea of global warming. What do you think about it? I myself think its 100% true and there is no way you can deny that change in the environment will surely come if humans keep releasing CO2 into the atmosphere.

I have recently read 'proof' that Global warming is a cyclical phenomenon and the current increase in global temperatures is down to sun spot activity rather than CO2 emissions;

- our CO2 emissions count for a tiny fraction of the atmosphere
- other CO2 emission far outweight those we give out
- volcanoes emit more CO2 in one erruption that the human race has since the industrial revolution
- global warming cause by ;greenhouse gases' would show increases in temperature in the 'troposphere'
- temperature increases are at GROUND level (hence not due to greenhouse gases)
- historical data showing the relation between CO2 levels in teh atmosphere and global temperature are misleading - there is a lag between temperature going up - then CO2 levels increasing
- sunspot activity inhibits teh creation of clouds - hence more sunlight & heat gets through to heat the Earth at surface level

I live in Indiana and we had 60 degree temps in November and now that it is April we have snow -- after we had 60's again for two weeks. I was wondering if anyone thought that the current weather changes had to do with global warming and the earth trying to "correct itself" so to speak in an attempt to make things right?

In the process of manufacturing Ammonium vanadate,we need to get rid of water pollution due to Ammonical Nitrogen from NH4Cl.We can afford using Ca(OH)2 instead of NaOH.We get lumps and cannot filter them to get NH4OH from the lumpy slurry.This does not happen when we use NaOH. The wastewater contains NH4Cl alongwith 0.3% impurities of Al and Mg. The problem is only with 85% pure hydrated lime. There is no problem with 48%NaOH. But it is uneconomical.We do not understand this. Gels should form with NaOH as well as with Ca(OH)2. This causes filteration problems.Any idea to avoid sudden growth of particle size and lump formation with use of lime.

Remembering that the word hoax implies a deliberate falsehood -- Where and when did the "global warming hoax" begin? Did the world's climatologists, environmental scientists, environmental activists, liberal politicians, and other proponents of the man made global warming argument meet in some backroom somewhere and plan it all out?

Are these same scientists, politicians, and celebraties deliberatly surpressing research that counters man made global warming? Are the dozens of peer reviewed journals that publish global warming research in on this vast conspiracy?

How is the vast conspiracy maintained? Is such a hoax conspiracy likely?

Or is it more likely that dozens or hundreds of scientists with diverse backgrounds, working in various fields, came to similar conclusions?

Let me break it down. List your source( who or what news or Org. site you got your info from). Then list the the OVERALL scope of the problem. ( a general idea of how much it has affected, how it affects it, and how it affect us). When i said "it" I meant our enviornment and people. You MUST list your source or you get NO stars.

regardless of what kind of trees were in the forest the company will just plant some kind of pine tree.
i think this must be damaging and dangerous to the enviorment so i think a check of the kind of trees there first should take place and then the same kind and % of each type of tree would be replanted . what do you think of all of this.
