Nuclear war sounds simple but there are lasting effects of radioactive particles spread around the world that will kill that many more from Cancer etc. Search about the 2 Japanese cities hit by the bomb . The left over was terrible. After our confrontation with Russian ,even they realized that neither side would win ,it would be mutual destruction and no body would win.
