It sounds simular to RoadHouse Blues by The Doors.
A guy sings it. It has a roadsong melody and beat. Guitar and drums.

Part of the lyrics go "...I'm talking about peace of mind..."

The chorus sounds like the guy is singing
"Gettin' it down, Gettin' it down"

Can someone help?

I am looking for every blues artist you think is good. I know absolutely none but one. Seasick dog...I like his music. I mainly like the upbeat, fast, crazy, blues, like the song dog house boogie. I will take any and all blues artists tho...

sounding like SRV when actually a lot of people sound like him. i.e. Joe Bonamassa, Henry Garza, Chris Duarte, Jesse Davey and so on.......
I've sorta noticed this on youtube a lot as well when people comment on his vidoes they give him crap but the comments on the other guitarists I've listed they praise them for their chops and so on.

KWS is the one who actually came out with a hard rock cd back in 04 that was the furthest thing for SRV that I had heard him do.

I've been playing guitar for a couple of years now and wanted to start playing some blues. I know a few songs that I want to learn (Crossroads by Cream, for one), and was wondering if anyone knew some fairly easy to intermediate songs with nice solos in them.

Mannish Boy - Muddy Waters
A Fool for Your Stockings - ZZ Top
When the Lights Go Out - The Black Keys
Voodoo Child - Stevie Ray Vaughn
Rock Me Baby - Eric Clapton & BB King
The Spy - The Doors
Feelin' Love - Paula Cole
Texas Flood - Stevie Ray Vaughn
The Thrill is Gone - BB King
After Dark - Tito & Tarantula
Red House - Jimi Hendrix
Life Without You - Stevie Ray Vaughn

Can anyone think of some good additions to what I have?

I'm in the process of learning the harmonica and am interested in trying out different keys. I currently have a Hohner in C and know that I want an A for sure. I've found the Piedmont blues set and was wondering if it is worth it or if I should just stick to certain keys? When I say worth it, I don't mean monetary because the set is inexpensive, what I mean is how many opportunities are there to use all the keys? Which keys are more commonly used? Oh, my interest is in The Blues, of course. Also, if not Hohner, which brand would you suggest?

Blues music is the best, the older the better. If I could have 1 wish, it would be to have a copy of every blues song ever recorded by anyone.

Some of my personal favorites are "Crossroads"(live version) by Eric Clapton. "Stormy Monday Blues" Allman Brothers and "Loan Me A Dime" by Boz Scaggs.

I love listening to all kind of blues and blues performers; so I hope nobody misinterprets this as a racist question.

I like Hard Rock/Heavy Metal, but I like the co-ordinated stuff. The music that actually has some talent. I like almost all types of music. Jazz and Blues etc. I'm going to make a Blues compilation CD for work and I need some song ideas. The music i'm listening to isn't as audible with certain equipment operating, so I figured Blues music wouldn't synchonize it's rhythm to the machinery etc. What's some good blues music?

on a question that was a month old.
Isn't there a statute of limitation on questions?
Shouldn't there be?
If ti has gone for so long just leave the darn thing alone I say.
Who agrees?
