Some counties here are dry, mostly far from the cities. Some towns forbid the sale of beer on Sunday. It just depends on where you are.
Mississippi is very diverse, please come and visit us! We're the friendliest state in the nation, I promise.

There are a few counties (I think Stone County in South Mississippi is one) that prohibit it, and maybe a few are dry Sundays, but for the most part, many sell it 24/7. After all, what would my redneck state be without beer :D (By the way, never had any before you start yelling about minors and alcohol!)

Yeah, it's county by county I believe. A few dry, most of the rest with blue laws about not selling it on a Sunday.

I don't know about blues laws, but there are some counties that are dry and you can get a ticket if you get caught with beer in your car.

Yeah , if you're a babysitter and you drag the kids into a mississippi club in an emergency , you can't leave until you "Sing The Blues".
