I have been around the Blue's scene for over 30 years now. Ive seen and met all the players. Not once did I see Steven in the crowd. Im talking small venues here. Maybe , I was in the wrong town like Chicago. But....... what is he saying to the deceased family's , or is it someone else talking ? Am I jealous ? Probably- Am I hoping he does "donate' them to a museum ? Yes

Many patrons buy things in order to make a mass donation to a deserving museum. BB King donated a huge collection of old country singles and LPs he had collected over the years, which he had kept in great shape.

Well , they have an underlying appreciation for the players and their guitars, and some of them aren't bad players...for actors and such. Of course the have the MONEY to do it! LOL! I think Michael J. Fox has "Blackie" , one of Claptons Strats he auctioned off a few years ago to fund that rehab center in Antigua - i could be wrong about the one, but i know he DID buy a Clapton strat...

He has the money to invest in them...and a true appreciation for the music.
He is a decent martial artist...but strangely enough he is a better blues musician. Who would have guessed?

Its the money. But I can't believe he'd take the time to track them down if he didn't have a rela appreciation for the music.
