My nephew is a junior in high school. He was texting his girlfriend in class...and to be honest, it wasn't appropriate texts.

His algebra 2 teacher took his phone, and read the texts, then sent him to the principal. Now, my brother in law is furious.

Did she have a right to read his texts? If yes, did she have a right to turn them in to the principal, or is this a personal invasion of privacy?

Shall the schools have students with Poliomyelitis?

Are there any special techniques can be used with them?

Shall they be separated from the other students and be in special centers?

• Partial integration or organization of a special classroom.
• Some teaching methods and resources.

With all of the exploring that human beings are doing, I would wonder what would happen if we found such a scenario. There are surely many planets that are "suitable." It's just a matter of finding one that offers the "exchange" that humans can tolerate.

I had an A in my Algebra class! Then he lowered it to a B!!! I asked him why, and he said that it was the classes fault! He said I was doing A work, but a B was most likely to show up on progress reports unless i get an A on the test this Friday! Maybe you'll have some answers for me. WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY TEACHER?!??!?!!?!?

I would guess the only way is to type that paper into the site(like turnitin.com) and then see. But wouldnt that take to much time?

In my communication class we had a research paper to write about, and the professor said that we were allowed to have a group so we would have to do less work between each individual. Big mistake on my part, I got lazy and decided to do this. So, I go ahead and get in a group with this guy next to me. Everything goes fine and we get a topic to write about, even though I didn't really want to choose that topic, I still sucked it up and went with it. Week after week he didn't do any work, or it was so unintelligible it was like reading an assignment that a child with down-syndrome had written. He could never do any of the work without me breathing down his work, so I took him to the school library to get some of the work done. I get a private study room with a computer so it would limit his distractions and I gave him an assignment and told him I wanted it done within the hour while I worked on something else on the lower floor. I come back to find him on myspace and playing videogames.

I read somewhere about making a "survival kit", with like sticky notes and pens and paper, etc. and I though that that would be a cute idea. But I just wanted to know if anyone else had any ideas.

Thanks =)

I learned a lot from http://www.objectiveministries.org/creation/ but I think that site might be biased.

Like all the teachers tell everyone everything about you, they are so observant, pick on students postures, sometimes yell and make then cry and act very stern.... and would kick you out over any little thing, I mean even be mean to the adults also

... being disruptive. So, today, the whole class had to suffer because of these people. I was not on the list. The people that were not on the list all behaved fine, but everyone else was out of control. So today we stayed in durring lunch and did nothing. Now, I'm not omplaining, but I'm curious if you think this is fair or not. Why or why not?
