A principal's official time is from 8am to 5pm. Classes starts from 6am to 7pm. Do you think it is still her responsibility to stay in school beyond her official time? Why or why not? Her pay remains the same even if she renders over time.

I completed my first year of teaching in a Maryland School District. I signed a contract in August of 2005. I received a satisfactory rating and am able to go back to that position. However, I don't want to. I have been offered another position in another district, but I'm being told I cannot take that job. Help me understand why?

IN many states, including mine, there is a huge emphasis on standardized testing, to the point that state funding and rankings are based on student performance on these high-stakes tests.

How can I integrate creativity and a range of experiences with this giant test looming over me and my students? Should I only focus on the tests, or on content that isn't on the tests...is there a happy medium?

I have so much trouble in studying and memorizing things.
I mean it's difficult on me to focus on something for long time.
PLus i can not take control of arranging my studying times.
I sometimes study 10 hours a day...:-( this is sad. I do not enjoy my self.
What's memorizing?

I see question's that are exam's / homework on Q&Ans.

People are doing there homework for them. If i was student i would do same. Why learn when you can go out have a laugh with friend's & come back, pick best answer, & copy most. O.K. you could say he's being clever? but is he cheating.?
