Quite frankly, if you have to come onto Yahoo Answers to get help with that question then you haven't got a hope in hell of ever getting a job as a Principal.

Identify the major functions ( tasks) a principal performs.


Organize a section of your CV divided up by those functions- where for each function listed in BOLD FONT, you ID how ( maybe where) you have demonstrated that you have that knowledge and/or experince.

If you have to use a very strict format for the CV, put the functional breakdown as part of the cover letter.
