If I keep it at around that do I have a chance of getting into a pre-med school and eventually med school.
I have always excelled in Science and and one of the only freshmen in my school taking Biology, which is typically a sophmore course, and the school only allow certain freshmen to take it.

I am applying to graduate school for Cultural Anthropology and am wondering, what kinds of extracurricular activities should I be doing and getting involved with to make my application look better? I know pretty much anything is game, but I want to know what activities out there might be the best preparation for education/research in cultural anthropology. (I am not interested in bio/linguisti/physical anthropology but maybe activities in these fields would be helpful too?)

OK, before I get flamed about how it's wrong for a student and an instructor to be involved, I am aware that it's wrong. It's against university policy and it's morally/ethically wrong. But, my query is this...He is a graduate student that is currently my instructor. But next semester, I won't be taking his class. I know that they say never to get involved with YOUR instructor while you are in their class, but they never said about getting involved if you are no longer their student.

What's your opinion on us getting involved after I no longer have him as an instructor? We sense each others feelings for one another, but both of us know better than to actually acknowledge it and even pursue it right now, as neither one of us want to mess up our academics.

I'm in college, and also getting married soon, (crazy, yes I know). But I need some good timesaving tips for memorizing my songs, and actually making time to practice in-between the craziness of my life. (I’m a music Ed major, emphasis in voice). Practical tips would be gratefully appreciated!

When customers phone an airline to make reservations, they usually find it irritating if they are kept on hold for a long time. In an effort to determine how long phone customer are kept on hold, one airline took a sample of 167 phone calls and determined the length of time (in minutes) each caller was kept on hold. The sample standard deviation was 3.8 minutes. How many more phone customers, should be included in the sample to be 99% sure that the sample mean (X bar) of hold times is within 30 seconds of the population mean (mew) of hold times?

I am visiting Hollins University very soon because I've researched all the aspects of the english/creative writing department and love it to death. But I am looking for a couple good safety schools with the same strenghts. Any ideas?

Additionally, I was accepted into U.C. Davis, but this school was my safety school, so unless I learn something remarkable about it that will really change my perspective of it, I will not be considering attending the school.

I have been made available a few scholarships for each of these universities, so money is not a major issue that will impact my decision.

Any advice would be of great help to me, especially from anyone who previously attended or currently attends one of these school.

I know Chinese, Japanese, English, Spanish, and currently trying to learn Korean. Does knowing these languages help me in getting into an Ivy League college in some way? Also, are there any competitions or community projects that I can do (to help the community) with this multilingual skill? Thank you.
