I am applying to graduate school for Cultural Anthropology and am wondering, what kinds of extracurricular activities should I be doing and getting involved with to make my application look better? I know pretty much anything is game, but I want to know what activities out there might be the best preparation for education/research in cultural anthropology. (I am not interested in bio/linguisti/physical anthropology but maybe activities in these fields would be helpful too?)

Also, any online extracurricular activities I can do? I just thought about this and thought that there might be someway to get experience online. Cause, the fact of the matter is that I have 21 credit hours to deal with and I don't have a lot of time to be very mobile but online work I could do more easily. Does stuff like this exist, lol?

Get your languages down.

You should have either French or German (for research purposes), and any languages relevant to your specific intended area of research.

The other option would be to do fieldwork with a professor, but you said you're not mobile.

Check into working at or volunteering with Historical societies, museums, libraries (research department),
These types of jobs or volunteer experience show that you are interested in in depth research into man's history. It might not be as focused as cultural history but it will show prospective schools you are actively interested in continuing to learn and develop skills.

You should look at different programs and then see what activites the students engage in. Also talk to some students, and to some proffs. at your undergrad institution. Good luck, that was the field I was interested in (I am in Education Policy, but I still study cultural groups).
