Even though you're just starting school in the spring semester, that is still considered the second semester. It is however considered YOUR first semester at that school. You don't have to take a certain amount of classes per year is that's what you're wondering. College is at your own pace.

As far as summer school goes, you could probably take up to 12 hours total during both summer sessions (each being 6 weeks long). Most colleges or universities have limits to how many classes you are allowed to take during summer. If you're concerned with graduating on time, I would suggest making up the fall semester during summer school.

I actually like summer school better because even though it is fast-paced, the professors have to leave a lot of information out due to the time issue. So you actually do much less work than you would during fall or spring. Good luck! study hard!

2nd semester would be in the fall....Summer doesn't really count as a semester b/c the classes are only 6 weeks or so long...

Second semester would most likely be Fall semester - generally summer session is optional and most structured courses do not take summer sessions into account (which would give you time to work on your minor, if you're pursuing one).

some of the classes you may take in the summer so that the fall semester you can take the rest of the secondsemesterclasses and start taking 3rd semeester classes.

It doesn't matter. You can go to summer school if you want, but it will not be held against you if you don't. A lot of people take summers off (no matter when they start), but some take classes during the summer to get ahead or catch up. Completely up to you.

No, you do no longer, in case you achieved the 09-10 FAFSA for fall. This FAFSA is physically powerful till June 30, 2010. yet a tip for you: record your 2009 taxes ASAP, then comprehensive the 2010-2011 FAFSA on line. the faster you record, the greater efficient (some money runs out at as quickly as), although in case you will get the FAFSA filed with the help of March a million, you mustn't omit out on any money. If no longer, you are able to wager the figures for 2009, yet while your FAFSA is chosen for verification--you guessed it! they'll request your signed taxes and W2's, so ultimate to stay one step forward.
