Their second most popular major is their psychology program. However if you are looking specifically for psychiatry, you might want to go to a school that offers it. Most psychology majors go to grad school to focus on psychiatry, or major in Behavioral Neuroscience. Some, but few, undergraduate schools offer psychiatry, has a major.
Again, but schools merged psychiatry studies with their psych department.

Stony Brook does offer such a program.

I would note that psychiatry is a specialty one might choose after becoming an M.D. So you would have to go to medical school first before training in psychiatry.
