I am in college too but an older student, I have just set aside time that I study and I take the phone off the hook, put a sign on my door that says "DO NO DISTURB" and refuse to let anyone make me feel guilty about it!!! I also have a day I do laundry and some cleaning that needs my attention, I shop on Saturdays only and have cut way back on a lot of things I used to do. I have made my schedule so that I have 2 days to study t-th and 3days school. that helps me concentrate on studing

also I study but I don't eat, answer the phone, watch tv.

I try to do the assignments as soon as I get them so I am on top of everything.
