A lot of people I know, in univeristy, are just so eager to graduate early. They're taking insane courseloads, courses all through the summer, just so they can graduate a semester early. My point is why put yourself through all that stress, rather than just taking a step back, looking at what you can do, and then go from there. So what if I graduate like a year after you. At least I'll have my sanity. What's your opinion on early graduation, from either high school or university?

I am a psychology major. I'm about to start my sophomore year in college. Before I started college, I was going to go into Nursing but changed my mind at Orientation and switched to Psychology. I LOVE psychology but I think I just like learning about it. I am not sure if I'd like to get in that career field. I am a very structured person. I think Nursing would suit me better because there are things to follow, certain ways to go about treating patients, etc. I may not be explaining myself enough or in the right manner. Any information on Nursing and how should I go about getting informed and making not only an educated decision but also the RIGHT decision?

My summer project is to change the genre of one text into another genre, for example:
a newspaper article into a diary entry,
a play into a report,
a part of a novel into a poem/song
anything really!
i just dont know WHAT TEXT to choose because it can be absolutely ANYTHING!
Im pretty good at writing so there is no problem with my ability, i just need help on choosing what to base it on and what to create out of it....something like the diary of Anne Frank into some kind of murder mistery story.
i'll appreciate any help thanks x

Hi,
I'm in my late 20s and am returning to a clean start to school. I enrolled in a good community college but I would like to transfer to a good college when I get my gpa in good standing. I get the feeling that the schools I would like to apply to ie., Ivy's or similar, aren't exactly welcoming to those who have an associate's degree. I had an excellent record in h.s. and tripped my few first semesters in a really good college and I'm back to kick it where it belongs. But the only shot I seemed to have to go to a college I'm interested in is if I do a program I am not interested in and I really love this school. It is my first choice. Does anyone know anyone who might've accomplished this and gone to a great ranking school or an Ivy after? Or are they too good for community college graduates? What can I do in order to be more appealing to a great school? Thanks a lot! ~.*

I'm going to my Senior Year of High school and I'm planning to go to a 4-year university. My boyfriend and I plan to get married, but I want him to go bak to school to continue with his education. he graduated a year ago and I want him to continue his education so when we get married I won't feel like I'm smarter then him. I want to feel that we are equally educated.

When it came to using textbooks in non-majors classes (i.e. your science class when you're a business major or marketing class when you're a biology major), how much of the reading that was assigned by your professor did you actually read? How helpful was your actual textbook?
