I'm really surprised that they even let you into the program without experience. Most MBA programs require at least 3 years of real world experience prior to admission. You must've rocked the GMAT. Anyways, if you're having trouble getting a job, lower your standards a bit and take a job someplace with an opportunity to learn and move up. Then, just keep looking for something better. You should switch jobs every 18-24 months for the first 5-6 years. You can move up alot faster that way. A friend of mine finished his MBA in 2001 and took a job for $37k/year just to get experience. He has switched companies four times since then, and now makes over $100k/year. Good luck.

An MBA is not a degree, I'm not sure what you've got but it's not an MBA that's for sure. Maybe an MA in General management ?
Anyway, try and join a company that offers a graduate program with rotation through different departments, that way you get loads of experience and have the chance to find out what part of business you enjoy most.

It doesn't matter what your degree is in! You have an MBA. If you are not sure what to do Go online to monsterjobs.com and look around. Most companies want you to have either 5 years experience or an MBA. The field of the degree is irrelivant. Good job on that degree most people like myself only have a BS. Stupid us :)

Try to do an internship for a company. I think they will still allow you to complete one. It helps you gain experience. Also try doing some volunteer work as an assistant manager in your area. I know they have volunteer work in the United States. Otherwise, you are just out of luck but you should try to market yourself too and know the ends and outs of companies you would like to work for.

Learn to say "You want fries with that". Kidding aside, your degree will get you in the "read" stack of resumes. A lot of companies are looking for trainable, bright entry level people, don't be discouraged your young enough to find out what suits you.

Network with people in business if you are looking for employment. Find someone who will take you to social events where business people will be attending and get introduced to people. Make good first impressions and let people know what you are interested in. You'd be surprised how many times people get jobs through personal contacts.

You could start applying for jobs. That's what people typically do after college. Now I'm not sure about after graduate school, but I'm sure it couldn't hurt. Some great employment resources are found online such as: www.monsterdumbass.com, www.careerbuilder.fastfood.com, and www.hotjobs.retard.yahoo.com.

I'm a little worried that someone who holds an MBA spells like a 6th grader. Your options might be limited.
