I'm in Honours Psychology. Should I switch into Honours Psychology w/Thesis?

im interested in becoming a professional actor (hopfuly movie) but i was wondering where a good school would be. it doesnt have to be exclusively acting either it could be a state unuversity just so long as it has good acting program. any suggestions?

Our 17yr old daughter going to college this fall. All will be paid for either through scholarships or loans. She will be paid approx. $150.00 per month for working at college. I think another $150.00 should be enough, any ADVICE.

I cannot put into words how important education is to me. Education and knowledge is power, pure and simple. It was important to my parents, particularly my mother, and I always knew I would go to college. I was very fortunate to be raised with that expectation, but not all people are. I would like to see what the experience has been for others.

My son is suppose to be goin to college next year(2007-2008) at the age of 15. His transcript just arrived from Africa but his high school won't give him the necessary credits for the subjects he has done. They instead put him as a sophomore considering his age but he is the kind of student who has always been pushed ahead in school. He is really devastated by that because his classmates in Africa will be goin to college next year and he'll have to take over courses he already did. And to add, he has a british certified G.C.E ordinary Level but his High School doesn't seem to recognise that. Any help on what i can do about this? Is it possible for him to still apply for college next year with his G.C.E and the credits of the subjects he'll get from his High school this year.

If i go to the university im goin to be paying 1200 out of my pocket and if i go to the community college I wont have to pay for anything.My parents arent even going to help me out with school? i need to kno if I should go to the community college for two years and then transfer to a university or just go to the university?
