There is no difference.

I doubt that you will find a school that offers both a BS in Business Management and a BS in Business Administration. Some universities call it a BS in Business Management while others call it a BS in Business Administration. BSBA is more common in the US. Some schools (like Penn's Wharton School) even give a BS in Economics to business majors. Others allow students to major in a sub-field (like accounting, finance, marketing, management or operations research).

Buisness Administration is focused on the back end of the buisness. Accounts Payable Accounts recieveable Payroll stuff like that.. Buisness Management is A broader feild covering all aspects of the buisness. I wouldn't want a Buisness administer running my sales team but I would want a Buisness Manager to look over my sales team as well as acounting.

Business Administration deals more with how to start a business (Entrepreneurship) and to lead one of your own.

Business Management involves how to work IN a business administrated by someone else.
