Go to school at a place where you can speak and write the language proficiently! Most countries accept international students, but the level of financial assistance is small to none for those who are not citizens.

ADDITION: my mail to you is not going through. It says your email is not confirmed. Email me at:
swguardian-medical@yahoo.com

There is a great deal more than just interest and classes in English. I could not begin to explain it all here.

I tried to send you an email to answer the one you sent me, but your email on yahoo answers is not confirmed and they will not allow my mail to you unless you confirm it. If you do not want to confirm your email on answers, send me the email address in another email and I can write you direct. Here is what I wrote to you:

Regarding your medical school question.

First: is English your first language? If it is, please get rid of the Internet English and use proper English. It is so much easier to read. If it is not, then just keep writing and I will figure out what you are saying. I know how difficult it is to learn English as a second language.

From the US, if it's called a foreign medical school, it uses the language of it's home country for teaching classes. If it is called an international medical school, English is usually the language the classes are taught in.

For people who have English as a second language, medical schools that teach in English require a satisfactory TOEFL score.

There are both advantages and disadvantages to medical schools outside the US.

To help you further, I need to know the following (send via email only, do not post):

1. What undergraduate degree do you have (will have)? Example, premed?

2. What is your GPA for # 1.

3. Where do you wish to practice when you become a doctor?

Get back to me and ask any questions you want.

Cheers

Yeh, I agree your first option would be to study the language, written and spoken before you study medicine.
