Just wondering what majors MHA/MPH graduate programs prefer.

It depends what you want to do with the MHA or MPH. If you want to be an administrator you should have some management-type courses as an undergrad; if you want to get involved in policy then you should take Political Science or Economics; if you want to be a public health educator you should have some Bio, Educ., etc. I think you should talk to some people who are already in those fields and have completed similar programs and ask their advice! :-)
