I'm wanting to go to a University in January. I have my last semester here at a community college first. Should I have already applied to the University? When would be the deadline if I'm wanting to transfer there for the next Spring semester?

Unversity requesting to know total amount of credits obtained.The transcript I have does not give a total and they simply refuse to just add it up.Anyone have any sources of reference for this?

I have come across quiet a few questions about how students should act if they have crushes on their professors. Do these kind of situation happen to professors too? If professors have crushes on their students, would they act on it some time or later? One of my aunt actually married her college professor and has a very happy life. This question is just out of curiosity.

I'm wondering if I am smart or stupid. Here is the situation. It usually takes me twice or three times as long to learn something, in comparison to my peers, but when I finally understands the concept and structure of the problem, I am able to manipulate what I've learn and do it much faster and better then most of my peers who have undergo the same learning process. For example, if I were learning a computer program, the instructor would have to explain it and I would have to read the material twice or three times before true understanding. But after that, I begin to figure out loopholes or manipulate the program to do the task much faster and better than what was expected of me. Also, I am able to understand concepts or structures, no matter how complex it is, but it will take me again, twice or three times as long to understand it. It is very easy for me to get into deep concentration, somewhat trace-like, for hours without eating or sleeping just to understand and solve a problem. In short, it takes me at least twice as long to learn something but when I do, I mostly surpass my peers in understanding. So am I intelligent or not? Real question and not trying to get an ego boost.

I finished university last year and started working right away. I keep thinking I should go back to school for masters while I'm still young, but at the same time I like working and making money (as oppose to paying for tuition!) and I don't know if it's worth it. What do you guys think?

I have tons of information about the KKK, Skinheads, IKA, and other groups. I also plan on putting stories in there about Emmett Till and James Byrd Jr. and other things like that. My problem is, what direction do I take with the paper? What am I ttrying to prove with this paper? I want to do political science because the degree allows me to minor in foreign language and take some business classes. However, I don't know what kind of career I'm looking for, and I don't specifically want to do something with political science. Pol Sci is just the best thing I can think of. Other options for me might me: music education, German, or business(I am staying away from business because I don't think I will do well in the classes, and I won't be able to choose a minor because of the degree requirements.) Any thought?
