Sounds like you already know what your goals are. Just keep working towards them and ignoring bad attitudes and methods you know are wrong. You can encourage yourself each morning by making a stand for it and reminding yourself that each day.

You are very courageous in writing in English. It is a hard language to master even for those of us who are born to it. I applaud your wanting to be excellent in medicine. There is no field more important than medicine for excellence.
Doctors are not always the best teachers. You must be your own teacher. Try your best to find study partners to teach each other. Learn and take nothing less than excellence as your goal.

ok sorry honey. If you see there are other doctors practicing medicine wrongly then report them. They can do harms to their patients. Find someone who can help you. Read books on Medicine.
