I am making 200 - 600 dollars per day at my job. I like the job too. Why should I go to college? I would probobly just get into debt and get a lower wage once I got my degree.

I have a Bachelor's in Social Work, I am good at science, I love writing, research and medical/health issues. I like counseling enough, but I am really into something medically related. I could also see being in a leadership position. I have worked as a care manager and discharge planner for 6 years...Can't decide on the best graduate degree to get..public health, nursing, etc...what do you all think? Any advice, counsel would be appreciated!

I have my associates degree in Network Info Systems and looking to get my BA. Im in Maryland and looking to go to a college that looks good but wont kill my savings account and also get a good education. What does everyone recommend?

I have used Becker and passed the other three sections of the exam. I have taken Audit twice and scored a 70 both times. I am at my wit's end and really need to just pass. What other study courses would you recommend? Gleim? Roger Phillips?

If you need any background info I work for a Big Four firm in Tax (so Auditting is not my strength) and I graduated from a top-tier university.

I got a 1700 and I keep reading about others getting over 1800, they admit they didn't even study, but I spent a whole WEEK at an SAT prep camp!! It didn't help!

I'm looking to go to the University of Minnesota Pharmacy School - I have about a 3.6 PharmCAS GPA (going up slowly since all of my hard classes are done). I have 17-18 credit semesters since I started freshman year (7-10 credits every summer) and will be graduating with a Biology/Society/Environment specialty degree with heavy science emphasis in 3 years instead of 4. I am taking the PCAT this Saturday, and starting to volunteer in a hospital pharmacy in about 2 weeks. I will be applying this fall, but I'm just curious if anyone has any experience with this and can tell me other things I can do. I'm concerned that my GPA is too low, I don't have enough experience or community service, and I'll know about my PCAT after I take it. Any thoughts????

Is it true that if I did poorly in my high school years and got accepted to a not so prestigious University that I can still make it into a top University for an MBA (Masters degree) if I work my butt off and get good grades while working for my bachelors at the not so prestigious University? Causes of STD

How would you feel if your doctor walked in a told you, you could never have children? Today in the United States an estimated of 900,000 Americans have been diagnosed with a STD. Although AIDS has had the most devastating impact worldwide there are other exposures of STDs such as Gonorrhea, Clymedia, and Herpes. Three of the most important reasons that contribute to STDs is multiple sexual partners, no protection, and lack of education.
STDs is often caused by multiple sexual partners. Having sex with a more than one person will put you in a higher risk of contracting STDs. When you have sex with someone, you are having sex with everyone the person has ever had sex with! If only one of them has an STD, you may become infected, too. The person you choose to have an intimate relationship with has not talked about STDs and what are the causes an STD, then most likely that person is only in to having sex for the heat of the moment. Those individual have a stigma, or a mark of shame attached to them. Often times it is the more the marrier, but in this situation, if you get yourself involve with more people then the rate tends to be higher states. Have you ever heard the saying,"you're playing with fire."
Having no protection can cause you to having an STD because it is considered not taking care of yourself. It is almost like if you happen to recieve a cut on the upper left elbow of your arm and you dont take care of it then the open wound becomes infected. Not having a condom before having sexual activities, means not having sex at all. Condoms perform functions that prevent the exchange of bodily fluids and diseases during sexual intercourse. Some people feel ashamed and embarrassed that they have contracted a disease through sexual activity, so they choose not to visit a doctor.Being careless about your own body and contracting a disease through the females reproductive system is more likely to occur without proper protection. It is a serious problem.

Books tell you to be yourself and let your personality shine through in your writing. But lets say that I write about a trip that I have and write it using vivid details, sense of voice, etc..., but I only use that one experience to show a few things about me. i.e. humility, identity, frugality, overcoming bias...but I don't really convey my whole personality. I do think that I show a very personal side of myself, but I'm not really showing the whole me or my accomplishments. Is that enough?
